Which Stone type is best for you?

(We have 20 types to choose from!)

#78 Wicomico Buff

This is a great choice if you really want something unique and beautiful for your driveway. It has the same consistency and size of the regular #78 Brown Crushed Stone, but a lighter color. The color is the same as the #57 Wicomico Buff, just a smaller size. This stone looks even better in person and adds a special touch to your home's driveway.

#57 Wicomico Buff Stone

Come see our prettiest newest stone! A perfect option for driveways or landscaping use. We have had several customers use this as a stone drip edge border around their home, and also go under patios or decks.  The buff blend of light cream and tan colors, make this stone a great new addition to our in inventory of landscaping stones.

#68 Blue Stone

This is our #1 Selling Stone! We use it for 75% of driveways in the area. It compacts well and is easy to walk on, making it the best and most cost efficient for driveway repair and installation.

Crush and Run Blue Stone

This type of stone is very popular and commonly mixed with other types of blue stone to help compaction. Great for filling pot holes.

White Marble Stone

Great for driveways, landscaping, walkways or decorative areas.

Brown Pea Stone/Gravel

Big Buff Stone

These are the same color family as the #57 Wicomico Buff. They could be used to support culverts at driveway entrances, trenches for better water drainage, pathway borders, landscaping techniques or more!

#8 Blue Stone

Used for driveways, walkways, fire pits and decorative areas.

Good for roads that have heavier traffic, such as community lanes. This size rock is good for staying in place, for areas susceptible to water flow and heavy rains.

RipRap Stone

Riprap stones are large and mainly used for revetments as erosion control. They can also be used in gardens to create borders. We sell these by the ton for delivery or you can also come to the stock yard and pick out specific stone pieces for smaller projects.

Armor Stone

This is the largest size rock we carry. These are used for revetment walls on large rivers, where property is extremely exposed to waves and open waters. Rock revetments on the Potomac River typically use these large stones. They can also be used as statement pieces in a lawn or garden.
